The sheetrock and paint are done! YES! What a messy job that was. James River Gray and Puttnam Ivory are on the walls and ceiling. It looks pretty blue/grey right now but once the wood trim goes in, wood floor is installed, furniture, cabinets, stone on the fireplace, etc, it should be a nice gentle accent and not such a powerful color. This takes vision, ya know?! The stair project started this weekend. The stone will be on the fireplace tomorrow and the wood floors go in as well. Kitchen cabinets even come this week. That is another part of the project that you almost need to know the end "vision". Right away, the cabinets are going to look dark with the lighter floor and without the granite installed. Once they get their granite, it'll continue to lighten the place up. So excited! Mike even ordered the TV!!
